We as humans need community to be happy. call your grandparents, get on a Group chat with your peers, or FaceTime your friends. Also check on and help a neighbor who may be in need.

Exercise & Go outside: Breath in the fresh air, get vitamin D, listen to the sounds outside while going for a walk or run.

Spend time with your pet

Learn a new skill or hobby

Find something to be grateful for every day

Watch shows that are happy/upbeat 

Limit your viewing of news 

create a routine: It's important to have structure in your day, go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning.

Practice Mindfulness: paying close attention to the present moment — especially our own thoughts, emotions and sensations — whatever it is that’s happening.

Take this time to do a life reset: write down the things you want to change or add to your life and start working on them
